All our prints are hand-blocked printed/hand dyed and there may be discrepancies in terms of print. The beauty of handmade is in its flaws, and we are sure you value the efforts that go into it. The pieces are unique because they are printed by a person and not a machine. All photographs are for representation purpose and are shot to try and look as close as possible to the original product ordered but may have marginal color variations from the actual product. We use an "all over print" design for most our products, and the positioning of artwork may be different from that as displayed in the picture.
Ivory strives to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. Please note that the colors in the picture will differ slightly.
We trust our clients to choose the sizes and fits according to the standard size chart provided. As a policy, we do not offer returns on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, we do offer size exchanges within 48 hours of delivery of the product depending on availability. If the product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to re-fulfilling your order, once. Our exchange policy is not valid on sale orders/items. Our exchange policy for size/defects isn’t applicable more than once.

To exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery:
• by email at sales@ivorybaazaar.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and image of the wrongfully delivered, defective item, or size exchange. • Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering with the package, missing item, or damage/breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner.
Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
In case you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We will refund the amount paid for the canceled order within seven to ten business days.
