Q: “How do I determine my size for Ivory's clothing?"
We provide a standard size chart for all of our products on the website. We recommend referring to this chart before making your purchase to ensure the best fit.
Q: “What is your exchange policy?”
We offer size exchanges within 48 hours of delivery of the product depending on availability. If the product is wrongfully delivered or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we are open to re-fulfilling your order once. Please see our Return & Exchange policy page for more information.
Q: “How long will it take for my order to arrive?”
Garments will be dispatched within 3-5 business days and delivered within 8-9 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
Q: “What payment methods do you accept?”
