All photographs are for representation purpose and are shot to try and look as close as possible to the original product ordered but may have marginal color variations from the actual product. We use an "all over print" design for most our products, and the positioning of artwork may be different from that as displayed in the picture.

As a policy, we do not offer returns on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, we do offer size exchanges within 48 hours of delivery of the product depending on availability. If the product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to re-fulfilling your order, once. To exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery:
• by email at sales@ivorybaazaar.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and image of the wrongfully delivered, defective item, or size exchange. • Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering with the package, missing item, or damage/breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner.

In case you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We will refund the amount paid for the canceled order within seven to ten business days.
